What and when are Corporate Family Days?
Corporate Family Days allows employees of our Corporate Connections Members, along with three guests, to enjoy free or discounted admission to Shedd Aquarium. This special Corporate Family Days offer is available on various dates during normal operating hours. Please ask your benefits manager about the upcoming schedule for 2013.

What is included with my corporate membership?
View your Corporate Membership Benefits to see the admission benefits you and your three guests will receive.

Guests may upgrade to additional exhibits and experiences at the time of check-in for a discounted rate. Memberships may be purchased online or at the main ticket line during Corporate Family Days.

What do I need to bring with me on the day of my visit?
During Corporate Family Days, please proceed to the main entry line for check-in (see map) and bring one of the following (no advance reservation required):
- A valid photo employee ID
- A business card with your name and a valid photo ID
- A recent pay stub and a valid photo ID

The employee must be present to receive this offer.

Can I buy tickets for additional guests?
Additional tickets may be purchased on the day of your visit for more than three guests. Children under 3 are free every day at Shedd Aquarium. (Please note: There is no discount on additional tickets.)

Can someone else use my Corporate Family Days membership benefits? Can my spouse or nanny bring my children without me?
No. The employee must be present to receive this offer. Tickets are non-transferrable.

When is the best time to visit Shedd Aquarium?
Shedd is a popular place and can get crowded, especially on weekends, Community Discount Days and holidays. Sunday mornings, when the aquarium is least crowded, is a great time for relaxed, family visits. 

As lines may be long during Corporate Family Days, it is a good idea to dress in layers as temperatures and wind conditions can vary throughout the day.

Please note that Shedd’s aquatic shows and 4-D Experience shows are first come, first serve.  We expect these shows to sell out regularly, so arrive early or plan to see a show later in the day.

Is parking included with my corporate membership? Where do I park?
All visitors to the aquarium, members and nonmembers alike, can find metered parking on Solidarity Drive. Flat-fee parking is available at several Museum
Campus lots and the Soldier Field garage; rates are established by the management of Solider Field parking and are subject to change based on the stadium’s event schedule. Be sure to check our website for parking, directions and traffic updates. Shedd cannot validate parking for members. We do, however, offer limited valet parking on weekends.
