Joyce Simon, Executive VP/CFO
The best part of my job is being able to support good people in their important work to help make our world sustainable for generations to come. Our staff and volunteers—including our board of trustees—are smart, energetic and committed to the aquarium's values and mission. We all believe we have an obligation to practice as well as promote conservation of natural resources and to use our financial resources prudently. That makes me proud to be part of this wonderful organization, and seeing all the awestruck young children who visit us every year makes me happy to be part of the Shedd family.
