They are helping us educate current and future food service professionals on critical seafood issues and increasing the availability of sustainable seafood in Chicago’s vibrant marketplace.
Right Bite has partnered with the Kendall College School of Culinary Arts since 2007 to teach students the importance of sustainable seafood. Kendall College is a leader in culinary sustainability and its partnership with Right Bite is an extension of that commitment, providing opportunities for students to dive deep into sustainability issues and transfer their skills into practice as they take part in seafood cooking demonstrations at Shedd.

Blue Plate catering is a truly Chicago-based catering company. It’s roots date back to 1983 when founder, Jim Horan, began serving deli sandwiches out of a van in Wrigleyville.
