4/23/17 BLU Goes Green at the Chopping Block
The Auxiliary Board of Shedd Aquarium will host its 11th annual fundraiser BLU on July 29, 2017. As a preview, The Chopping Block, with support from Hooked on Fish, will host BLU supporters for an afternoon of chef demonstrations, appetizers and sustainability talks from Shedd Aquarium experts.
