Right Bite Food-Service Providers At work, at school, or on vacation, we depend on all kinds of food-service providers for on-the-go meals and snacks. Experts from Shedd Aquarium present biannual staff training sessions about seafood issues to each of our Right Bite food-service providers. We work closely with our partners to find alternative seafoods for their menus and to help inform and encourage their customers to make sustainable choices. Shedd Aquarium is committed to helping our partners find and offer the highest quality and most environmentally friendly seafood available.
