Shedd has upgraded and expanded the food service areas-increasing seating capacity and improving ambiance.
Guest Amenities Suite and Welcome Center
Guest service is a top priority at Shedd Aquarium and to make sure each experience is comfortable, we’ve installed new family-friendly bathrooms, more locker space and a place to ‘re-group’ before experiencing Shedd’s amazing animal collection and a new Welcome Center (see photo below).
