Portsmith Chef Oyster Series - June 7 through August 8, 2019
Starting June 7, Portsmith (660 N State St, Chicago, IL 60654) will launch its second Guest Chef Oyster Series, a curated lineup of seasonally-inspired oysters in a weekly rotating collaboration with a collection of Chicago’s top culinary talent. All profits from the series will be donated directly to Shedd Aquarium to support conservation efforts, and the series will close out with a wrap party event on August 8. Guests will experience gourmet concepts at an unbelievable value of $4 per each specialty oyster (available during dinner service only). Running through August, this series is guaranteed to have guests enjoying freshly shucked savory delights all summer long.
Mark your calendars for the wrap party event on August 8, which will feature the top three selling oysters, drinks by sponsor Ketel, a raffle, shellfish towers, oyster shucking stations, “Sustainable Seafood” hors d’oeuvres, special guests and more. All profits from this event will be donated to Shedd Aquarium.
