Old Bay Spiced Shrimp SaladThe last week of October means one last recipe to celebrate National Seafood Month! Your seafood choices can have a big impact on the health of our waters worldwide, which is why we share sustainable seafood recipes that are good for you and for our planet. This week's recipe is courtesy of Shedd Right Bite partner Cleetus Friedman of City Provisions. He whipped up this tasty domestic shrimp salad to show his passion for ocean-friendly fare.

1 lb. medium domestic shrimp
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup celery, chopped fine
1-1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon juice

1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
2. Add unpeeled shrimp. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, or until shrimp are pink.
3. Drain the shrimp and let them cool. Remove shells and devein.
4. In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Add shrimp and toss to coat, then cover.
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
