There will be traffic and other impacts on and around Museum Campus due to the Chicago Marathon. Advanced ticket reservations are highly recommended.

Who can attend?

This program is designed for Scouts in grades K-1.
One adult is required to attend for every five scouts attending. This is not a drop-off program.

Included

  • Two hours of hands-on activities and animal investigations.
  • Participants will receive a one-of-a-kind Shedd Aquarium patch.

Not included

  • Meals and snacks are not included.
  • Aquarium admission is not included in the program fee. If you would like to explore the aquarium on your own before or after the program, you may add the general admission ticket to your order.

Accessibility

Program Includes

  • Use of stairs; elevators are available
  • Sitting on the floor; chairs are available
  • Moving around the aquarium for up to 1 hour
  • Moving around the aquarium, which has varying light, noise and temperature levels

Refund and cancellation policy

No refunds will be issued unless Shedd Aquarium cancels the program. Shedd Aquarium reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. If your event is canceled, you will be informed by phone as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund within 30 days, based on your original method of payment.
