Animals at Shedd Get Into the Big Ten Tournament Spirit
Sea Otters to Penguins and More Donned Team Memorabilia During Play Time at the Aquarium

Playtime and training are a daily occurrence at Shedd Aquarium, but it’s not every day that the animals pick sides for a basketball tournament. That’s what happened this week, as the sea otters, penguins and even staff geared up to support the Big Ten Tournament, which is being hosted in Chicago from March 13-17. Bandanas, basketballs and more made their way into meal, play and training time across the aquarium.
