Evening Music Offerings at Shedd Aquarium Continue into September with Shedd After Hours: House Party

WHAT: Shedd Aquarium will continue to present evening music offerings after the 2022 run of Jazzin’ at the Shedd comes to its end on August 31, with Shedd After Hours: House Party, an adult-focused 21+ experience.

Shedd After Hours: House Party is a house music experience featuring a talented lineup of DJs, including DJ Wayne Williams, Dee Jay Alicia and T. Mixwell. The aquarium has teamed up with these local DJs to continue to offer music surrounded by aquatic life and incredible city skyline views for three Thursdays in September. Alongside enjoying the music, entertainment and aquarium exhibits, guests can enjoy food and beverages available for purchase throughout the evening.

Guests will be able to explore the galleries and meet the animals, including beluga whales, stingrays, otters, and many other aquatic creatures, with most exhibits remaining open into the evening.

WHEN: Thursdays, September 8, 15 and 22 from 6 – 10 p.m.

TICKETS: Adult: $39.95 ($19.95 for Chicago residents); Members: $14.95 for Shedd members
