Before joining Shedd, Grogan served as Director of Development at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. There, she increased contributed revenue by more than 50 percent over three years, strengthened the pipeline of new donors, and launched a membership program that expanded audience engagement and support. Earlier in her career, she held fundraising roles at prominent East Coast cultural institutions including New York City Center and the Skowhegan School of Painting & Sculpture.
Grogan began her career as a dancer and continues to have a strong personal connection to the arts. She has also served on the board of MOMENTA, a dance company focused on education, innovation, and inclusion for artists with disabilities.
