About the Spotted wobbegong shark
Wobbegongs are also known as carpet sharks, partly because their ornate markings resemble an Oriental rug and partly because they lie flat on the shallow reef floor.

- Spotted wobbegong sharks hatch from eggs while still inside their mother’s body. A litter can have up to 37 pups.
